Co-founder of Sketch Design, Kasia leads a team of experienced architects and shares responsibility for the design strategy and management of the practice. She is fully involved in the delivery of all projects overseeing quality and production output. Kasia’s varied international experience strengthens her broad outlook and inspires her open-minded approach to problem solving.
After graduating from Poznan University of Technology, Poland, she worked at practices in London and Warsaw, where she worked with a wide range of clients including universities, further education colleges and private developers. Passionate about design, she co-created a TV mini-series promoting good residential architecture in Poland.
Co-founder of Sketch Design, Heather leads the interior design team and shares responsibility for the design strategy and management of the practice. Heather's keen design eye and meticulous attention to detail ensures excellence. She has successfully delivered projects for a range of private clients, developers and charities.
Educated at Brighton University of Architecture, Heather has a career history of creating unique interiors & award-winning buildings in the residential, retail, office and leisure sectors. Prior to establishing Sketch, she led Dyer Interiors, and earlier spent 11 years at MPS Architects as senior designer.
Francesco joined Sketch Design in 2015 and brings immense technical experience, project management skills and an in-depth knowledge of the industry gained from over 35 years of professional practice. Educated at the University of Naples, for 8 years he ran his own architectural studio, before becoming a director of a London practice after settling in the UK. Working as architect and on the contractor’s side he has delivered prestigious architectural and landscape projects such as private high-end residential schemes in Grosvenor Gardens and the extensive external works contract in Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms. Francesco’s experience has proved invaluable, ensuring technical excellence and exemplary site co-ordination and delivery.
Guillermo is an architect with a significant international experience working on residential, retail and commercial projects. He brings great design flare combined with project management and delivery capabilities and is currently running several key projects within the practice. Educated at the Technical University of Valencia, Guillermo spent a year at Êcole d’Architecture Paris-La Villette Paris as part of the Erasmus exchange programme. He has worked in London since 2013, and previously in Netherlands and Spain.
Since joining Sketch Design in early 2015, Arantxa has been involved in projects including the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed building and the interior design of a high-end private residence. Arantxa originates from Gran Canaria where she was educated at a British school, after which she obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, followed by an MA in Interior & Retail Design from The University of Westminster in London. She obtained an international scholarship for her community related diploma project in Morocco. Prior to settling in London in 2013 Arantxa worked as an architect in Gran Canaria.
Elisa studied at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria where she obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture; her Erasmus exchange year was spent in Krakow University of Technology. Post graduation, she has acquired professional experience working on large and medium scale projects in Spain in both leisure and hospitality sectors. Following her move to London in early 2017, her focus has been on landscape design, working on large international projects. Elisa is expert in BIM, 3D modelling and parametric software.
Tom studied architecture at Waterford Institute of Technology, where one of his successful college projects was published in Passive House Plus Magazine. After graduating in 2012 he gained professional experience working on residential and educational projects. Since joining Sketch Design in 2015 he has significantly developed technical abilities, as part of a team tackling the challenges of a complex renovation project in the Scottish Highlands. He is currently undertaking his Part 3 qualifications to become a fully qualified architect.
